It’s Wednesday, January 7 — and we’re already a week into the new year. I’m filming this from downstairs in my home office because three months ago, I tore my ACL in an accident on Southwest Airlines. Surgery was December 30, and recovery has forced me to slow down physically, but not mentally, and not in my mission. And here’s the truth. The last 18 months in real estate have been brutal.
